What you get

Work with me remotely online from anywhere in the world to achieve the results you want. After 22 years on the gym floor, new technology has given me the ability to help even more men build the physique they want without me having to be there in person. We’ll start with an online consultation to establish your goals and how I can plan your training and nutrition to fit into your lifestyle.

You’ll get full access to the Primal Warrior app with personalised workout programmes, nutrition tracking and fortnightly check in’s to make sure you are staying on track. We’ll be in constant communication to answer any questions you may have and keep accountability, to ensure you get the results you want.

The first 12 weeks of online coaching will include a weekly call to make sure you know exactly what you are doing and answer any questions you may have to ensure you aregetting the most out of your online coaching with Primal Warrior.

PERSONAL TRAINING

What you get

With 22 years of industry experience, I offer a trial period of two weeks to ensure our fitness partnership will be mutually beneficial. I provide tailored training and diet plans based on an initial assessment and three weekly sessions.

Additional cardio may be assigned depending on your goals.The first week involves assessing your current state through consultations and tests, considering factors like goals, lifestyle, habits, weight, body fat percentage, lean muscle mass, visceral fat, and basal metabolic rate. This data helps me to craft a program that suits you. We'll also assess your movement, motor skills, flexibility, and resilience to optimize your workout program.In the second week, you'll experience three sessions of your proposed program, giving you a taste of your upcoming month-long training should we decide to continue working together.

Training and nutrition plans will be adjusted based on regular progress measurements until we reach your goal.I commit to providing everything you need to reach your goal, and I expect the same dedication in return. Training occurs at a private studio near Liverpool St/Aldgate station, with towel service and post-workout protein shakes included. All programs and diet plans will be managed through the Primal warrior app, with communication over WhatsApp. Are you ready for the challenge?
